Nick Heslop

A senior advocate in Child Care, Mental Health and Crime. Nick has seen the firm grow with Paul since his arrival. Nick is highly recommended by Guardians who require solicitor advocates to provide sound legal advice to Children who are in care.

Nick is on the panel of Childcare and heads the legal aid department. He ensures that the firm continues to have, he is on the Mental Health Law panel and is highly regarded within this field.

Nick also has higher rights advocate and has overseen a number of high profile matters for clients over the years.

Nick is a family man and likes nothing more than a game of Tennis and to see his beloved Newcastle United FC do well.

Paul Rosen

Senior Partner and head of Residential Conveyancing. Having established a reputable commercial and residential conveyancing department from when he joined the firm. Agents and clients alike continuously recommend Paul for his personable approach to transactions. Paul specialises in Commerical Property and Residential Property and has dealt with first-time buyers, High Net Worth client, Developers and investors.

In his spare time, Paul likes nothing more than to spend time with his family and grandchildren.

Imran Sher

Imran specialises in affordable housing and residential conveyancing. Imran started the shared ownership department in 2004 and it has since expanded. The firm is now on the panel of many housing associations and continues to grow under his guidance. Imran has a vast client base and is highly regarded by the housing associations and other solicitors and continuously recommend clients to him. Imran deals with all types of residential conveyancing, in particular, stair casing.

Imran loves nothing more than to spend time with his young family. He also likes the odd kickabout in football. He follows West Ham United, his boyhood dream club having been born and raised in East London.

Faddy Malik

Faddy went to Keele University and joined the firm as a paralegal before he was offered a training contract with the firm. He quickly developed his own clients and relationships with house builders and housing association. The firm recognised his work and was promoted to Partnership early in his career. He deals with all aspects of conveyancing and has a particular interest in New Builds.

Faddy travels as much as he can with his wife.  He is strongly committed to his local church community activities and events.
